With about 20 years preparing Traditional Japanese food. He has been in the bay area for 15 years and have handled the kitchen of Sushi o Sushi and Kawa Sushi and multiple other Japanese joints. His special skills in Sashimi and Sushimi are very famous along his followers. He is proficient in cutting and preparation techniques for each type of fish used in sushi rolls as well as how to prepare rice, sauces and seasonal ingredients all done in the kitchen here in Danville. He is certified by Tokyo Sushi Academy.
